Welcome To Ircon Soma Tollway Private Limited (I.S.T.P.L)

Ircon Soma Tollway Pvt. Ltd. (ISTPL) is a world-class expressway connecting Dhule to Pimpalgaon section in the state of Maharashtra. The Company is a Joint Venture Company promoted by Ircon International Limited (IRCON) and Soma Enterprise Limited (SOMA) with equal equity participation.

The project is a part of National Highway No. 3 popularly known as Agra – Mumbai Road which connects the city of Agra to Mumbai and passes through the States of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Some of the important towns connected by this highway are Dholpur in Rajasthan, Gwalior, Shivpuri, Guna, Dewas and Indore in Madhya Pradesh and Dhule & Nasik in Maharashtra.

The project starts at Km 261.720 of Dhule bypass and ends at Km stone 379.878, (Pimpalgoan). As per the design chainage, the actual length of the project highway is 118.158 Km. The Company has entered into Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India and scope of work includes Improvement, Operation & Maintenance, and Rehabilitation and strengthening of existing 2 lane road and widening to 4 - Lane divided carriageway.
