Ircon Soma Tollway Pvt. Ltd. (ISTPL) delivers a world-class expressway connecting Dhule to Pimpalgaon in Maharashtra. This joint venture between Ircon International Limited (IRCON) and Soma Enterprise Limited (SOMA) ensures excellence with equal equity participation.
Part of the iconic National Highway No. 3 (Agra–Mumbai Road), this expressway links Agra to Mumbai, passing through Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Key cities along the route include Dholpur, Gwalior, Indore, Dhule, and Nasik, making it a vital artery for transportation and trade.
Spanning 118.158 km, the project begins at Km 261.720 (Dhule bypass) and ends at Km 379.878 (Pimpalgaon). Under a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), ISTPL has transformed the highway with improvements, maintenance, rehabilitation, and an upgrade from a 2-lane road to a modern 4-lane divided carriageway.
